足球即时比分, Practice-Oriented, at the Pulse of Time: 15 Years of ISM Munich Campus

"In Munich, lederhosen and laptops have entered into a symbiosis."
This is how former Federal President Roman Herzog described the Bavarian capital. And one thing is certain: anyone who comes here can hardly escape the charm of Bavarian traditions. But Munich also shows that open-mindedness, international recognition, regional customs, and urban coziness are not mutually exclusive.

Munich Goes 足球即时比分

In 2025, the ISM Campus in Munich celebrates its 15th anniversary. Over the years, around 3.000 students have graduated from this campus. During the annual Oktoberfest, students get to experience a piece of German culture. But internationality is just as present in everyday student life at ISM’s largest campus — among both students and lecturers. “What I appreciate most about the Munich campus is the great freedom to shape practice-oriented teaching. Our Master’s program in Real Estate Management benefits from this — for example, through our one-week excursions to real estate development projects in Mallorca,” says Prof. Dr. Werner Pauen, lecturer and Program Director of the Master’s in Real Estate Management.

Practical Relevance at the Pulse of Time

The practical relevance is also a unique feature of the university in Munich. Lecturer Daniel Khafif reports that many publications have come about through the unique collaboration between faculty and students. For example, a publication was created based on the bachelor thesis of graduate Luisa De Alzagar Achter. The topic is highly relevant: "AI-based Chatbots – A Critical Analysis of Patient Expectations." The revised version was published in the "足球即时比分 Journal for Applied Management" (Dortmund, 2024, ed. Prof. Dr. Ingo B?ckenholt).

Teaching doesn’t simply end in the lecture hall," reports Khafif. "The lecturers also provide insights and impulses into practice and science. Having taught at other universities and educational institutions, I can only say that ISM often implements the integration of teaching and practice in a more engaged and goal-oriented way. That’s exactly why students, whether in the bachelor’s or master’s program, choose ISM.

And it’s not just in research that the teaching at ISM makes an impact. ISM students also gain valuable experience in the private sector across all campuses: "In addition to the high quality of teaching, I see consulting projects with companies such as Siemens AG, BMW AG, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Paulaner Brewery GmbH, GORE, Allianz, and BCG as key components in the education of our students," emphasizes Prof. Dr. Ricarda Merkwitz, lecturer at the Munich campus and in the Business Psychology & HR Department at ISM.
